Case Coordinator, AOX - Temporary to Permanent
Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance is a nationally recognized leader in restorative dentistry, and they are seeking a Case Coordinator, AOX to support production flow and enhance customer experience. The role involves managing case communications, ensuring efficient production progress, and serving as a liaison between dental professionals and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails within your assigned Business Unit
Communicate clearly and professionally with dental offices regarding case status, timelines, delays, and expedited requests, including implant-related cases
Maintain detailed, accurate notes in the lab software system to ensure transparency and alignment
Actively manage and resolve case holds at all stages, coordinating with internal teams to remove barriers and return cases to production
Reschedule cases within the lab software system and proactively notify accounts of updated delivery dates
Monitor overall workflow to ensure no case sits idle or is delayed unnecessarily
Partner closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Development Specialist (BDS), keeping them informed through clear documentation and communication
Log and coordinate all internal remakes, ensuring timely updates and revised timelines are communicated back to doctors
Approve digital designs as required, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production, including implant-supported restorations
Qualification
Required
Prior hands-on experience and working knowledge of dental implants, including implant terminology, workflows, and case requirements, required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working in fast-paced, production-driven environments where accuracy and urgency matter
Preferred
Additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field preferred
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a dental lab, healthcare, or contract manufacturing environment, preferred
Proficiency with ABS or similar case management / lab software systems a plus
