Responsibilities
Develop and improve testing, validation, and development processes for new and existing products
Resolve design and manufacturing issues to ensure product readiness and quality
Implement advanced technologies such as automation, robotics, and CAM software into testing workflows
Develop and execute test procedures to maximize reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Develop proactive reliability metrics for NPI and NTI programs and ensure reliability and durability goals are communicated to system and component teams
Monitor and analyze test results, machine capabilities, and process performance
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design acceptance and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of testing and validation methodologies
Experience with mechanical or electrical systems in heavy equipment or similar industries
Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot complex engineering problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Proficiency in data analysis tools
Experience in product development and New Product Introduction (NPI)
Strong project management skills in engineering environments
