Assistant Office Servies Manager
SCS Engineers is a 100% employee-owned firm focused on finding smart climate solutions and improving the natural environment. They are seeking an Assistant Office Services Manager to support the Business Unit by managing administrative tasks and assisting Project Managers with various requests.

Responsibilities
Reconcile monthly credit card billing
Assist Project Managers with Client Purchase Order tracking and other requests
Provide As-Needed support as directed by Senior Staff
May also include planning special lunches, holiday party, office parties
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of office experience including preparation of client invoices required
Strong computer, Microsoft Office skills required
Relevant billing and accounting experience required
Must be able to work independently as well as part of the team and provide guidance to others
Preferred
AA or BA/BS degree preferred
