Responsibilities
Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences
Develop a portfolio of prospects and clients
Execute specific processes to deliver consistent measured results
Utilize the dealership CRM and other software to manage and grow sales opportunities
Continuously expand professional skills education
Achieve product knowledge expertise
Achieve MFR. Brand knowledge expertise
Achieve aftermarket products, warranty, and other expertise
Directly interact with customers to generate prospects and close sales
Communicate via email, telephone, text, video, and face to face daily
Monitor, manage and maintain accurate paperwork
Manage and report daily productivity
Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results
Drive and park vehicles
Other duties as assigned
