Responsibilities

Leading a team of Teamcenter capability developers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture
Serving as a technical advisor to leadership on PLM strategy and roadmap alignment
Developing PE capabilities in the Teamcenter PLM, aligning software functionality with current and future program needs
Authoring comprehensive Teamcenter job guides, training curricula, and standard operating procedures focused on PE responsibilities
Validating end‑to‑end functionality of capabilities across the Integrated Operational Framework (IOF), including interfacing to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM capabilities across the ecosystem
