Responsibilities
Identify and capture new business opportunities with Japanese and Korean automotive OEMs and suppliers
Lead technical meetings with customer R&D teams, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the design-in process
Coordinate technical projects by bridging communications between the Japan/Korea JV partners and the local engineering headquarters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher is required
Native or Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (Required). Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus
5–15 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering within the automotive industry
Knowledge in Electronics, ECUs, Batteries, Semiconductors, or Elastomer/Sealing products. (While an EE degree is preferred, practical experience in these fields is highly valued)
Preferred
Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus
