Allied Reliability is seeking experienced Extrusion Technicians to provide critical technical support for their plastics manufacturing operations. The role involves hands-on work with extrusion equipment, conducting resin trials, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Responsibilities

Run resin trials and material testing to evaluate performance and quality
Execute line changeovers between different product runs
Troubleshoot extrusion equipment and processes to identify and resolve technical issues
Monitor equipment performance and collect data during trials and production
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and quality standards

Required

2-5 years of hands-on extrusion experience in plastics manufacturing

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work flexible hours to support shift changes

Preferred

Experience with plastic film or bag manufacturing
Knowledge of different resin types and material properties
Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing
Associate degree or technical certification in plastics technology, manufacturing, or related field
