Responsibilities
Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operational activities and departmental priorities
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed
Serve as an escalation point for operational or employee-related issues
Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, and operational updates to leadership
Support the management of workflows and ensure internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
Administer and reinforce departmental and corporate policies in alignment with company values and standards
Assist in developing and maintaining procedures, schedules, and workflow documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Organize and facilitate team meetings when required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience
Paralegal or Medicaid experience
Self-starter with strong responsiveness, the ability to effectively train others, adaptability to change, and strong prioritization skills to manage urgent versus important tasks
