Responsibilities
Administer and maintain SAP BusinessObjects (BI 4.x) and BODS platforms, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and routine maintenance
Manage security and access controls by provisioning users, mapping AD groups, and ensuring compliance with role‑based access standards
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues across WebI, scheduling, and server components, and perform regular health checks
Oversee report scheduling, bursting processes, and job queue monitoring while resolving failed schedule incidents
Support incident, change, and production deployment activities, collaborating with Basis, DB, OS, Network, and WAF teams
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks to ensure audit readiness and platform compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects Administration
Strong expertise in SAP BO BI 4.x platform management, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning
Proven experience with security administration, authentication (AD), and user/role management within SAP BO environments
