Responsibilities
Invoicing and Billing – Prepare, send, and monitor customer invoices and credit notes
Payment Processing – Record, apply, and reconcile incoming customer payments
Collections – Contact clients for overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
Account Reconciliation – Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve discrepancies or disputes
Reporting – Monitor AR aging, generate reports, and provide data to management
Customer Service – Serve as a point person for client billing inquiries
Process Improvement – Help to create standard practices and streamline workflow
Check Clearing – Record cleared checks in the computer system
Credit References – Help gather information to check credit-worthiness of new prospective customers
Other Duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable experience preferred
GED/High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Detail-oriented and accurate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving abilities
