Responsibilities
Support project article preparation, modification, assembly, setup, and teardown using fabrication shop machinery and hand tools
Perform basic to intermediate sheet-metal fabrication tasks under supervision
Assist with fabrication of components, brackets, panels, and structural elements
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical publications
Perform inspections and acceptance checks at defined milestones
Assist with maintenance, repair, and updates of specialized WOLF equipment
Maintain a safe, organized work area and comply with all safety requirements
Perform other duties as assigned to support project and customer needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1–3 years of hands-on sheet-metal fabrication or related experience
Active U.S. DoD SECRET Security Clearance (Must have interim clearance before start date)
Must possess a valid Maryland Driver's License
Experience using hand tools and basic measuring instruments
Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and instructions
Willingness to learn advanced fabrication techniques and shop equipment
Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and supervisors
