Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining all technical data, calibration, safety, quality documents, Repair Station Manual, CASE manual, EASA, and customer manuals/data to assure compliance with data currency requirements
Manage daily and annual verifications of component maintenance manuals, and customer required documents
Update company capability list
Research and maintain compliance with Airworthiness Directive's and Service Bulletin's
Weekly update of QPI
Inform organizations of Airworthiness Directive's and important developments
Verification of manuals, technical data, and tool calibration
Read and understand all customer requirements as stated on repair and purchase orders
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Responsible for administrating and maintaining various QA programs within the quality control department to assure that quality system, processes, documents and training are within company standards and government regulations
Responsible for maintaining all technical data, calibration, safety, quality documents, Repair Station Manual, CASE manual, EASA, and customer manuals/data to assure compliance with data currency requirements
Manage daily and annual verifications of component maintenance manuals, and customer required documents
Update company capability list
Research and maintain compliance with Airworthiness Directive's and Service Bulletin's
Weekly update of QPI
Inform organizations of Airworthiness Directive's and important developments
Verification of manuals, technical data, and tool calibration
Read and understand all customer requirements as stated on repair and purchase orders
Has a strong understanding of a Repair Station and quality manuals
Ability to understand and apply information from component maintenance manuals, structural repair manuals, aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, service bulletins and other reference materials
Ability to understand regulatory requirements for airworthiness for FAA and various foreign authorities
Experience in the quality control and new product development within the aviation industry
Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
Strong PC skills with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
