Serve as a frontline point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Support sales operations through order management, account coordination, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate and timely data across CRM and internal systems
Learn Diversified Botanics’ products, processes, and operating standards end-to-end
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support execution
Complete structured development milestones tied to expanded responsibility
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with structured systems, tools, and workflows
High ownership mentality and learning velocity
