Intentsify is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing. The role involves overseeing lead generation campaigns, ensuring quality and compliance, and acting as a liaison between various teams to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end execution of client lead generation campaigns, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met
Own the delivery targets for various enterprise B2B accounts. You are directly measured on your ability to hit lead quotas (MQLs, HQLs, BANT, etc.) as defined in client SOWs
Rigorously audit lead files to ensure they meet client-specific "must-haves" (Job titles, company size, industry, and tele-verification standards)
Monitor daily pacing reports. If a campaign is underperforming, you identify the bottleneck: be it the creative, the audience segment, or the delivery channel, and pivot immediately
Act as the bridge between customer success ops and product teams to ensure technical setup and campaign scoping is flawless. You will also oversee the offshore technical operations team

Required

10+ years of experience in lead generation, content syndication, or demand gen operations
Experience at a lead gen agency or publisher is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Convertr, Adestra, Instantly.ai, and Clay
You treat a campaign like a supply chain
You are process-oriented, detail-obsessed, and capable of managing 20+ active campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
Understanding of lead delivery methods, including manual CSV uploads, API integrations, and webhook triggers
You stay calm when a client changes their 'Acceptable Job Title' list 48 hours before a campaign ends
