Responsibilities
Build detailed plan for the technical programs in IT infrastructure that involve deployments in data center, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms
Engage with stakeholders to capture project requirements, complete infrastructure design, and define project scope
Drive cross functional execution of program deliverables and migrations
Identify opportunities for optimizing our tech and processes
Ensure projects are on time, within the scope and ensure develop communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Drive multiple projects and work with technical teams to resolve technical issues / risks
Continuously Identify, track and monitor program risks to ensure program execute as per the communicated plan
Qualification
Required
B.S in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
Clear communication
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
Preferred
Knowledge of Data Centers, Network systems, Public Cloud and/or IT infrastructure
Experience with data center architecture and deployments
Experience with Network protocols and devices
Experience with distributed computing
