Responsibilities
Develop, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PCBA and FA processes
Ensure all SOPs are accurate, up to date, and approved prior to production changes
Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time, and lower operational cost
Conduct time and motion studies to establish reliable and auditable standard times for all operations
Support implementation of automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor
Provide training sessions for operators and supervisors on updated SOPs and process changes
Ensure training documentation and records are properly maintained
Participate in customer audits and address all IE‑related questions, corrective actions, or findings
Assist cross‑functional teams in maintaining compliance with internal and external quality requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field
2-5 years of experience in process engineering or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of time and motion studies
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication and training delivery skills
Preferred
Familiarity with digital tools such as MES, ERP, or BI dashboards
