Revolution Mortgage is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to enhance the lending experience for customers. This role involves providing administrative, sales, and customer service support while facilitating communication between the customer and the Loan Officer.

Responsibilities

Provide general customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and meet clients face-to-face on behalf of the Loan Officer
The ability to communicate mortgage terms to a customer and review and explain the LE & CD
Assist in reviewing mortgage application and documentation, which may include scanning, emailing and overnighting documents, etc
Reviewing documentation and entire loan files to ensure deficiencies are resolved by working with loan officer and customer
Assist Loan officer in marketing and CRM management as requested
Assist in managing pipeline and fulfillment of sensitive deadlines during the mortgage process
Track outstanding conditions and other items to ensure timely receipt
Facilitate timely loan closings by working directly with the assigned Closer and Settlement agent

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, software, policies, procedures, compliance, and operations
Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or the eligibility and ability to obtain a license after hire (Licensed Required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
