Responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain a high bar of delivery excellence
Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches; resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues
Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
Problem-solving and design solutions for the client's network
Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
Analyst work background, or a focus in higher education
Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management
End-to-end experience in Supply Chain
Ability to deep dive into complex problems and develop mitigation plans
Drive execution by partnering with cross-functional teams
