Responsibilities

Application Maintenance & Support – Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, manage ServiceNow tickets, implement updates driven by policy/process/technology changes, and support migration of functionality into enterprise systems
Software Development & Enhancements – Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements, build low code/no code workflows and BPMN based automations, and support code promotion across development, test, and production environments
Documentation & Reporting – create and maintain all technical documentation, SOPs, change/maintenance artifacts, and provide required inputs for recurring weekly and monthly reporting

Required

Five (5) years of relevant software development experience
Experience developing or integrating APIs in support of low code/no code applications
Experience using low code/no code BPMN tools to model workflows and processes
Experience developing automation solutions based on BPMN or similar process modeling frameworks
Hands on experience with low code/no code platforms (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc.) integrated with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft .NET environments
Experience working within agile or hybrid agile/low code development approaches
Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority (vendor or professional)
Must possess an active Secret clearance
