Lead and optimize payer administration and provider credentialing operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely onboarding
Drive scalable process improvements through automation, data integrity, and performance management to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency
Partner cross-functionally and with payers to manage requirements, communicate changes, and support strategic growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years in healthcare contracting, credentialing, or related operational roles
Proven experience designing, implementing, and improving processes or systems, including leading cross-functional projects
Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, manage priorities, and work effectively with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite, Asana)
Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze data while exercising sound judgment in complex or ambiguous situations
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and thrives in innovative, fast-paced settings
