Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute mission objectives in alignment with 2 NWS mission operation needs
Conduct integration and regression testing to ensure seamless operation of hardware and software components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sustainment, to ensure mission readiness and efficiency
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis
Work closely with design, software, and hardware teams to identify and resolve integration challenges
Provide technical support for customer demonstrations, field testing, and operational deployment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace or a related technical field required, or combination of experience and education
2+ years of experience in system integration and testing
Secret clearance (Required)
Strong technical background with experience in mission-critical environments
Proficiency in data analysis tools and mission management software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams
Ability to make decisions under pressure and during high-stress mission events
Ability to work in dynamic, operational environments that may include remote operations
Capability to remain focused and perform tasks during long periods of mission activity
May involve extended hours during critical mission phases or in response to emergencies
U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred

CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II) certification
Experience working in a DoD, aerospace, or defense industry environment
Experience with OCX software
