Responsibilities
Define, own, and drive governance and execution for ambiguous programs critical to gUP. Lead the life-cycle from concept and technical feasibility to global deployment and optimization
Influence and align product leadership and key stakeholders across gUP and partner organizations on program ideas, priorities, resource allocation, and technical direction
Navigate the evolving generative AI landscape to anticipate technical blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable conversational AI architectures
Drive improvements in organizational effectiveness, team processes, and cross-functional collaboration to establish best practices
Mentor and guide other team members, fostering knowledge of technical program management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Experience managing the software product development life-cycle
Experience contributing to AI/ML-based feature development
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies
Experience with leadership across organizational and team boundaries
Knowledge of large language models, with knowledge of multi-turn conversations or model behavior
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to audiences, both technical and nontechnical, including executive leadership
