Responsibilities
Operates diesel railcars, locomotives and company owned highway vehicles in a professional and safe manner
Performs routine maintenance, servicing and cleaning of railcars, locomotives and company buildings and repair shop areas
Works as a passenger train conductor as required
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screening and will be subject to random drug screening
Valid U.S. Driver's License required
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
Preferred
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
