Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop consultants while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities by building strong customer and internal networks
Deliver high‑impact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector
Drive innovation by proposing and shaping R&D initiatives with clear scope, budget, and outcomes
Support contract negotiation, proposal development, and advanced stakeholder engagement
Conduct risk assessments and ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments
Manage complex projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timeline, resources, and client satisfaction
Support the contract lifecycle, including follow‑up on new solutions and services
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Over 3 years of experience as a people leader, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and resource planning
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power or energy systems
11+ years (Bachelor's), 9+ years (Master's), or 7+ years (PhD) of experience in power system studies or research
Experience providing advisory services, building customer relationships, and developing winning proposals
Proven experience delivering high‑quality consulting projects; multi‑disciplinary project experience is an asset
Strong expertise in power system tools (e.g., PSS®E, PSLF, PSCAD) and development tools such as Python, with excellent communication skills
