Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles
Partner with clients to define strategic hiring needs and craft winning recruiting strategies
Build and maintain a killer candidate pipeline and strong client relationships
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and creative marketing
Stay ahead of market trends and act as a subject matter expert in HR and Supply Chain recruiting
Qualification
Required
3+ years recruiting experience (or relevant industry experience)
Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of professional work experience
A sales-driven mindset—you're competitive, persistent, and love the hunt
Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
