Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs
Regularly communicate campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital advertising strategies aligned with their objectives
Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and technical teams to deliver successful campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs and ROI benchmarks are met
Manage the full lifecycle of client campaigns, including onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing account maintenance
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and performance reports for clients
Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables
Analyze data to track campaign effectiveness and uncover insights to inform future strategies
Create regular reports highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations
Use analytics tools to identify areas for optimization and deliver continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling additional services or products
Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal and growth initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing, preferably with enterprise-level clients
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including programmatic, social, search, email, and content marketing
Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Preferred

Experience working with large-scale enterprise clients in industries such as tech, finance, or retail
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
