Responsibilities
Serve as the organizational clinical subject matter expert
Collaborate with senior leadership and department leaders
Represent the organization at industry conferences, government advocacy meetings, and key engagements
Analyze data and trends to identify strategies and present roadmaps for clinical and operational improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid (CMS), OASIS, PDGM, HIPAA, and quality rules & regulations
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse with multi-site senior clinical leadership experience in Home Health and/or Hospice
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage & Medicaid rules and regulations for Home Health & Hospice, PDGM, and OASIS
Collaborative, polished leader with experience presenting to internal and external senior leadership groups and conferences
Tech savvy, innovative, and data-driven; strong EMR skills required
Preferred
Experience with AI and automating processes strongly preferred
AI knowledge preferred
