Answering phones
Retrieving then processing & distributing mail
Assisting with data entry and organization of quotes, service contracts, supplier relations and any other pertinent records related to business operations
Assists with coordination of purchasing functions as needed
Project management as needed
Assisting with accounting as required, including working within P21
Any and all clerical duties
Qualification
Required
Prior clerical/office background
Enthusiastic, professional attitude
Computer literacy
Operating standard office equipment including MS Office applications, copy machine, fax machine, and scanner
Attention to detail
Planning and managing projects
