Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the hiring process from initial screening through onboarding
Candidate Screening: Review applications and identify the best-fit candidates
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and keep everyone on track
Hiring & Onboarding Coordination: Manage start dates, pre-employment requirements, and compliance steps
Detail & Process Management: Track candidates at various stages with different hiring needs — accuracy and organization are key!
Field Recruiting: Occasionally step out of the office to help promote opportunities and connect with potential candidates
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time
Dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required
