Qualification
Required
2+ years of recent, high volume healthcare sourcing or recruiting experience
Prior experience handling 60-80 open recscs
Deadline oriented
Metrics Driven
Preferred
Recruiting in the Healthcare Industry is preferred
Previous experience with Oracle is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree is preferred
