Responsibilities
Own and evolve MoneyGeek’s core dashboards and reporting in Power BI
Help define the metrics and KPIs we use to evaluate performance and make decisions
Turn vague or complex business questions into clear analysis and direction
Proactively surface insights, trends, and risks—not just respond to requests
Work closely with marketing, product, content, and leadership
Improve data quality, definitions, and trust as the business scales
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Strong track record owning BI reporting
Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort building models from scratch
Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with production data
Clear communicator who can influence decisions with data
Comfortable working independently and setting direction when needed
Preferred
Experience at a small or growing company
Background in viewing full customer funnels and making business decisions
Experience mentoring or setting standards for analytics work
