They are seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support daily production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment, responsible for assembling and testing medical device products while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test products using fixtures, hand tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality system procedures
Perform visual and functional inspections, including inspection of small parts
Use test equipment and inspection tools, including microscopes as required
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Report quality, equipment, or process issues to the Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor
Participate in basic problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
Follow safety, cleanliness, and controlled environment requirements

GMP experienceMedical device manufacturingMicroscope experienceBasic troubleshootingTeam collaborationBasic communication skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

GMP or regulated manufacturing experience
Medical device manufacturing experience
Microscope or inspection experience
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
