Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Supervise and support site supervisors and cleaning staff
Manage daily operations across multiple facilities
Develop staffing schedules and manage labor allocation
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics
Conduct routine audits and performance reviews
Manage inventory, equipment, and supply purchasing
Handle escalated client issues and service recovery
Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of janitorial or facilities management experience
Proven experience managing multi-site operations
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Working knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations
Strong computer and reporting skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
