Customer Success Specialist
Pareto Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to enhance client relationships and assist them in utilizing the company's products. The role involves maximizing customer value, developing onboarding processes, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
Maximizing value for customers by ensuring they have the tools and resources they need
Developing and improving customer onboarding processes and customer service policies
Creating resources for customers that help them fully understand and utilize the products and services
Monitoring contract renewal dates and persuading clients to renew those contracts
Upselling and cross-selling by recommending additional products or services
Gathering data on improving products and services to share with upper management
Providing high-level technical and product support
Qualification
Required
Proactive communication skills to build relationships with business clients
Ability to develop and improve customer onboarding processes and customer service policies
Skills in creating resources for customers to understand and utilize products and services
Experience in monitoring contract renewal dates and persuading clients to renew contracts
Ability to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services
Skills in gathering data on improving products and services for upper management
High-level technical and product support capabilities
