Responsibilities
Managing projects from design to release for customers
Monitoring the project from initiation through delivery and closeout
Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
Identify needed resources for projects
Interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters as needed
Running teams based on Agile methodology primarily for AI related projects
Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: proposal development, planning, scope, definition, design, execution, delivery, and project closeout
Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators
Prepare reports to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field, internships not included in total years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Demonstrated experience in managing a project
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Background and passion for AI
Experience running teams using Agile methodology such as SCRUM or SAFE
Experience with developing budgets and managing projects to those budgets
Experience managing project scope and scope creep during project execution
Experience in resource planning and management during project execution
Experience with risk management planning and documentation
Familiarity with government contracting and regulations
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
