Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and transactional processing across multiple investment products
Manage relationships with fund administrators, ensuring timely and accurate investor transaction processing
Oversee complex investor activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and trade reconciliations
Serve as a senior operations liaison to high‑profile fund managers and distributors during fundraising and closings
Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations leadership to enhance platform functionality and scalability
Mentor and guide junior team members, setting standards for quality and communication
Analyze operational metrics to identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives supporting product expansion and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
6-12+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within alternative investments or fund administration
Deep expertise in alternative investment transaction workflows
Strong understanding of AML or KYC, tax documentation, and CRS requirements
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort using technology and data‑oriented tools
