Possess knowledge and experience of the protocols, procedures, techniques, and equipment used to install, configure, test, maintain and repair audio, video and security systems, and related equipment used for public address, audio and video intercommunications, closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, intrusion detection, life and safety monitoring, and audio and video teleconferencing
Possess knowledge and experience in customer services; interpersonal skills; decision making; organization awareness; problem solving; oral communication; and ability to troubleshoot issues
