Responsibilities

Analyze sales, inventory, and profitability across multiple levels (item, class, attribute) to identify trends and opportunities
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize revenue, profitability, and inventory turn
Partner with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and performance goals
Monitor and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) to ensure alignment with sales, margin and inventory targets
Re-project sales, discounts, and margins based on current performance trends to meet financial targets
Support chase buys and in-season inventory adjustments to capitalize on demand shifts
Develop and execute a cohesive promotional strategy to support sell-through while protecting profitability
Partner with cross functional teams to manage end of life and slow-moving inventory through strategic exit plans
Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing to align promotional calendars with business objectives and maintain premium brand presentation during transitions
Partner with Site Merchandising to optimize product placement, launches, and onsite storytelling to drive conversion and AOV
Collaborate with E-Commerce Operations on inventory availability, fulfillment execution, and site readiness
Align with Marketing & Digital on promotional timing, traffic initiatives, and onsite execution

Required

3-5 years of experience in Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning or related field
Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and planning systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, forecast trends and make strategic recommendations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners
Detail oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Experience in premium or specialty retail
Familiarity with Ecommerce business models and lifecycle inventory management
