Human Resource Business Partner

They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and provide day-to-day HR support across various functions to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change initiatives
Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
Lead or support employee relations investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes
Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, state leave laws)
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
Support new-hire engagement and onboarding, including early check-ins
Assist with HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation, benefits, and policy updates
Support organizational changes, including integrations and business transitions
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and continuously improve HR processes and practices
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and business partnership
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience supporting multi-state or field-based workforces
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
Experience supporting organizational change or integrations
