Unicon Pharma Inc is seeking a short-term Procurement & A/P Operations Specialist to support high-volume transactional activity and resolve supplier payment issues. This hands-on role focuses on purchase order accuracy, invoice troubleshooting, and clearing payment blocks in partnership with Accounts Payable and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and correct purchase orders in SAP Ariba
Resolve PO and invoice mismatches (price, quantity, receipts, data)
Troubleshoot blocked/rejected invoices and drive payment resolution
Partner with Accounts Payable to clear invoice backlogs
Support suppliers with payment rejections and corrective actions
Update supplier master data (W-9s, remittance, billing details)
Track issues and escalate systemic problems as needed

SAP AribaProcurement experienceInvoice-to-pay processesExcel proficiencyHighly organizedSelf-directedCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

5–8 years of procurement, A/P, or contract administration experience
Hands-on SAP Ariba experience (required)
Strong knowledge of PO and invoice-to-pay processes
Proficient in Excel (tracking, reconciliation)
Strong communication skills; supplier-facing experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Preferred

Site-level procurement or payment resolution experience preferred
