Responsibilities
Own product outcomes for Agent Experience Analytics: defining vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
Discover and define the category: talk to customers weekly, map workflows, validate problems, and translate insights into sharp product bets
Partner deeply with engineering, design, and data/ML to ship high-quality product experiences from concept to launch to iteration
Drive execution: prioritize ruthlessly, unblock teams, manage tradeoffs, and ensure timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Motivated and fast learner
Experience in building analytics products
Ability to work with AI/engineering teams
Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for products
Ability to discover and define product categories through customer engagement
Strong communication skills in writing and discussions
Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
Experience in prioritizing product features and managing tradeoffs
Ability to drive execution and ensure timely delivery of products
Customer-obsessed with strong prioritization skills
Experience in partnering with engineering, design, and data/ML teams
