Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile / Scrum teams
Strong business & system requirements analysis skills
Experience delivering web and mobile digital products
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage changing priorities
Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
EPIC API expertise (highly preferred)
Experience developing mobile app and/or web products
Experience working with a Scrum team in an Agile environment
Working knowledge of product development architecture
Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
Ability to prioritize effectively
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting needs of stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills
