This role involves assisting with content creation, researching brand-aligned influencers, and managing influencer product needs while gaining hands-on experience in influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities
Support social creative concepting through mood boards, briefs, and social storytelling ideas aligned with brand initiatives
Assist with content creation and coordination for both brand and influencer channels
Research and identify brand-aligned influencers, creators, and emerging social trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Assist with influencer and talent support for events, fittings, and showroom appointments tied to key brand moments
Help manage influencer product needs, including selects, pulls, PR packaging, and tracking across campaigns and one-off opportunities
Maintain and update weekly and monthly reporting, including content performance, coverage, and influencer platform tracking
Support the creation of presentations and decks, including strategy proposals, campaign recaps, content concepting, and influencer targets
Support community engagement and monitoring across social and affiliate platforms, identifying opportunities for reposting and amplification
Qualification
Required
Ability to work Full-Time (at least 4 days a week in office)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to succeed in a fast-growing, team-oriented environment
A Strategic thinker with a result-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
