Required

5+ years of full-stack Ruby on Rails experience—your fundamentals need to be rock solid
A deep love of Ruby and Rails conventions, from tests to gems to system design
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (but you're hungry to go way beyond autocomplete)
An architect's mindset: you think in systems, patterns, and long-term scalability

Preferred

Agentic AI experience — whether building with MCP servers, RAGs, or fine-tuning models, you've already started down this path
You've published gems or built OSS libraries
You've explored StimulusReflex, ActionCable, Elasticsearch, or Opensearch
