Responsibilities
Lead market entry and expansion for the assigned region
Build regional presence with builders, contractors, developers, and strategic partners
Own regional sales targets, pipeline, and growth KPIs
Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial and residential accounts
Develop long-term client and partner relationships
Support deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
Act as the regional business lead and market owner
Coordinate closely with headquarters across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Design
Ensure consistent service quality, brand standards, and operational discipline
Provide clear performance reporting to executive leadership
Forecast revenue, pipeline health, and market risks
Operate within defined approval, governance, and compliance frameworks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in regional management, sales leadership, or business development
Experience in construction, cabinets, home improvement, or building materials is strongly preferred
Proven track record of opening or scaling new markets
Strong ownership mindset with both strategic and execution capability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Preferred
Multi-city or multi-state territory management experience
Experience in fast-growing or family-owned companies
Ability to operate in ambiguous, growth-stage environments
