They are seeking a Technician A to work in the Microelectronics Laboratory, responsible for monitoring and processing work in progress within specific process areas, ensuring the production of high-quality semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities
Monitor, prioritize, and process all work in progress within a specific process area
Provide clear and accurate inter-shift pass-down of work
Perform SPC tasks and monitor and respond appropriately to data
Interface with Program Originators on research projects and support the development of new processes
Qualification
Required
Graduation from a two-year day technical school or its equivalent and a minimum of two years of applicable experience are required
Candidate must have at least two years of experience operating semiconductor processing equipment in a semiconductor fabrication facility
Candidate should be well organized, detail oriented, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to follow process instructions accurately and consistently, with minimal supervision
This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment advancing the state of the art and creating highly innovative semiconductor devices
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a solid work ethic
Candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills
The candidate will document tool operation via SOP's
Reliable (Solid attendance)
Operate a variety of semiconductor processing equipment
Understand equipment operation and be able to identify potential problems with the equipment through observation and to escalate resolution to the next level
Work with process engineering to learn newly installed tools and processes
Preferred
Knowledge of various semiconductor related metrology tools would be beneficial
