Responsibilities
Routine inspections to verify correctness and quality of jobs produced in area of responsibility, including but not limited to print quality, statement integrity, and accuracy of postage
Confirm the Production Operations process is in control
Communicates and escalate errors to production staff as necessary
Assist with recovery
Diligently enter data from inspection results into a dedicated database where applicable for every inspection performed
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
High level of attention to detail
Read, write and understand the English language
Typically requires 1 – 3 years of related experience
General familiarity with a computer including MS-Outlook
Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfort around higher management
Ability to work under some pressure
Ability to lift mail trays weighing up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment (ear plugs provided and required)
Ability to work effectively with various individuals and groups of people
Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime
Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge policies
