$45/hr - $50/hrLHH is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 4–6 month contract opportunity. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver targeted hiring strategies
Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean, etc.)
Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Maintain accurate documentation and updates in ATS systems
Collaborate with internal partners to meet hiring goals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Previous recruiting experience supporting legal and accounting roles
Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain robust pipelines
Experience working in large, complex organizations (big-company experience is a plus)
Ability to manage a requisition load of 15–18 open roles at any given time
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, commutable to McLean, VA
