Responsibilities
Lead project proposal and estimating efforts; manage all aspects of proposal creation ensuring required timelines are met
Collaborate with technical and field teams and secure input from all necessary stakeholders to create proposal drafts (80% complete) and coordinate with technical pursuit team to finalize
Manage and/or facilitate subcontract elements of proposal
Maintain company-wide consistency for proposals, templates, corporate guidelines, and other standards; stay abreast of industry standards and best practices
Ensure integrity of CRM data for opportunities in the Develop stage
Collaborate with clients and their procurement teams in conjunction with the sales team
Lead internal kickoff meetings and participate in external client meetings as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Technology (Bachelors or Associates)
6-10 years of experience in proposals, sales, or project management in the power or renewables markets
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders
Client-centric oriented behavior
Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
Preferred
Preferred project management professional (PMP or APMP) training or certification
