Responsibilities

Design and refine manufacturing systems and equipment
Support FTF measurement and PPAP documentation
Improve product manufacturability with design teams
Lead inspections and recommend engineering improvements
Analyze data to enhance processes and reduce waste
Manage small-scale projects and supplier coordination
Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance
Share knowledge and support continuous learning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
5–6 years in manufacturing or process engineering
Solid background in design, development, and specification
Experience with project scheduling, costing, and budgeting

CNC and machining process experience
Lean manufacturing and change management know-how
Strong data analysis and process optimization skills
Supplier and subcontractor coordination experience
GD&T
